We're Channel Healthcare, and we're looking for someone who'll become the heartbeat of our office.
No two days are the same.
One minute you'll be arranging deliveries of specialist healthcare equipment, the next you'll be supporting our directors, coordinating repairs, helping customers, booking travel, organising meetings or spotting an opportunity for one of our Business Development Managers.
If variety is your thing, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
You'll be involved in a little bit of everything, including:
- Keeping our busy office running like clockwork
- Managing inbound orders and deliveries
- Managing aftersales, repairs, maintenance and customer queries
- Supporting our directors with day\-to\-day PA duties
- Managing inbound diaries and appointments
- Coordinating deliveries and dispatch
- Booking hotels and travel
- Keeping the office organised and welcoming
- Being the person everyone turns to when they need something sorted.
- You're ridiculously organised.
- You genuinely enjoy helping people.
- You can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- You're proactive—you don't wait to be asked.
- You communicate brilliantly with customers and colleagues alike.
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems.
- You enjoy variety rather than doing the same task every day.
- You like being part of a close\-knit team where everyone mucks in.
