As an international recruitment and consultancy business, we're looking for an Office & Operations Manager who acts as the operational backbone of the company.

From managing facilities, suppliers and corporate administration to overseeing HR processes, supporting senior leadership and coordinating international compliance activities, this role provides visibility across almost every area of the organisation.

Working closely with Directors, this role touches almost every part of the business and there is a strong emphasis on ownership rather than task completion

Essential Experience

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Business Support professional within an SME environment.


• Proven responsibility for the smooth running of office operations, supplier management, facilities, contracts and business administration.


• Experience supporting senior executives or directors and managing competing priorities.


• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and document management.
