Supermicro B.V. is looking for a Office Administrator to support daily operational and administrative activities within the facilities team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with strong administrative skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and maintain accurate administrative records.


• Coordinate and follow up on facility service requests.


• Prepare and submit budget requests.


• Attend meetings and produce clear, well‑structured minutes.


• Support ISO documentation and compliance activities.


• Assist with work planning, scheduling, and calendar management.


• Register and monitor energy usage data.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English.


• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.


• Good proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint \& Outlook).


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and able to set priorities effectively.


• Proactive, hands‑on, and organized.


• Living within 50 km of ’s‑Hertogenbosch and having your own transportation.
