An opportunity has arisen within our busy Perth office for the role of experienced office administrator to work along side our office manager. Wage determined on experience and contract offered upon successful completion of a one Month Trial Period.
Must have experience in payroll and Sage50 Accounts as well as working in a busy office environment as we deal with all administrative duties for two branches. Main Duties:\-
- Answering telephone calls
- Payroll And HR Duties
- Recording Messages
- Dealing with clients and suppliers
- Booking appointments
- Sending estimates/invoices
- Placing and receiving orders
- Dealing with all other day to day office duties as and when required
- Purchase \& Sales Ledger Duties
- VAT Returns \& CIS Submissions
- Microsoft IT skills and organisation skills
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work on own initiative
- Experience of Sage Accounts and Payroll
Pay: £13\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
