We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This is a perfect role for someone looking to kickstart a career in HR, Business Administration or People Operations. Whilst experience is not necessary, passion for people is a must. To thrive in this role, you need to be motivated to want to help others and provide fast and friendly support to our team. The hours are 9am \- 5pm Monday to Friday and will be based from our restaurants. As this is an entry level role, we are not looking for experience, however the successful person will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £13\.00 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £3\.21 per hour.

About The role of Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator you will be part of the restaurant team, reporting to the General Manager and supporting the wider management team. This is an administrative role, with a lot of variety. The list below gives you a flavour of the types of tasks you will be responsible for. A high level of spoken and written English is required for this role.

• Be the main liason between Head Office and the Restaurant team


• Managing starter and leaver processes


• Coordinating meetings between external contractors or job candidates and the site managers


• Carrying out a variety of people reporting


• Actioning promotions and changes to T’s and C’s


• Sending out HR paperwork e.g., letters and communications


• Updating relevant people systems, adding/deleting users and providing system access


• Completing ad\-hoc requests for information from site management or Head Office departments
