Office Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full\-time position working standard office hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Based fulltime in our Daventry office \- free onsite parking is available.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day running of the office, supporting management and colleagues with a wide range of administrative tasks.

AquaCert are a small company and have been trading for 25 years. We are one of the top UK companies that specialise in bacterial analysis of water.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting finance tasks such as processing invoices (where required)
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly manner
