Job description:

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team, with a strong focus on business development in addition to administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of house reception/admin.

  • Conduct and manage various planning activities.

  • Oversee day\-to\-day admin tasks, including invoicing.

  • Ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines.

  • Maintain quality control of project outputs.

  • Contribute to business development, including generating new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, networking, identifying new markets to pursue.

  • Actively seek out opportunities to increase monthly sales, with a target to increase them.

  • Manage client relationships and build rapport with existing and new clients.

  • Confidently and professionally represent the company at meetings.

  • Drive the business development initiatives, including marketing and social media strategies.

  • Work independently and proactively to find business opportunities.

  • General office upkeep, including light cleaning and ensuring the workspace looks professional.

  • Produce high\-quality professional reports.

  • Manage immediate staff, including timesheets, holidays, CPD, and training.

  • Stay current with technical knowledge and expertise in town planning.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through training courses, internal CPD sessions, and wider reading.
Requirements:
  • Must be target\-driven and self\-motivated.

  • Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills.
Hours: 1 day per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday)

Pay: £12\.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
