Job description:
We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team, with a strong focus on business development in addition to administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house reception/admin.
- Conduct and manage various planning activities.
- Oversee day\-to\-day admin tasks, including invoicing.
- Ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain quality control of project outputs.
- Contribute to business development, including generating new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, networking, identifying new markets to pursue.
- Actively seek out opportunities to increase monthly sales, with a target to increase them.
- Manage client relationships and build rapport with existing and new clients.
- Confidently and professionally represent the company at meetings.
- Drive the business development initiatives, including marketing and social media strategies.
- Work independently and proactively to find business opportunities.
- General office upkeep, including light cleaning and ensuring the workspace looks professional.
- Produce high\-quality professional reports.
- Manage immediate staff, including timesheets, holidays, CPD, and training.
- Stay current with technical knowledge and expertise in town planning.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training courses, internal CPD sessions, and wider reading.
- Must be target\-driven and self\-motivated.
- Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills.
Pay: £12\.71 per hour
