The Opportunity Queensbridge Estates is one of the UK's leading sources of off\-plan investment property \- supplying investment property to dozens of smaller investment companies across the industry and globe. Now we're growing our internal sales powerhouse and want the best closer in the country to lead it. This is not a management role where you delegate and oversee. We want a player\-coach: someone who personally drives 50–100 off plan investment sales a year whilst simultaneously building and leading a high\-performance sales team beneath them. What sets this apart: You'll walk in with qualified, AI\-screened leads provided from day one. Our proprietary technology handles the entire qualification process \- you and your eventual team focus exclusively on closing. You'll also have access to market\-leading, exclusive off\-plan products that your competitors simply cannot offer. What You'll Do \*Personally close 50–100 off\-plan property sales per year, working your own investor network alongside company\-provided qualified leads. \*Recruit, mentor, and grow a sales team \- building the infrastructure to scale revenue beyond your personal output \*Organise and host monthly seminar and group sales events tied to new product launches. \*Focus purely on sales. Everything else is taken care for you.

What We're Looking For \*A minimum of 3 years' current, demonstrable experience selling UK off\-plan property to investors \- with provable results \*You must be, or have recently been, the top performer at your current or most recent employer \- we will verify this \*An established personal book of investors who have successfully purchased property through you \- ideally able to activate this network on day one \*Proven track record of high\-volume sales (50\+ transactions per year) to sophisticated property investors \*Experience running or contributing to seminar\-style group sales events and product launch presentations \*Strong leadership capability: able to hire, motivate, and hold a team to account \*Full\-time office presence in Orpington with eventual hybrid set up.
