Occupational Health Technician

As part of our continued growth at D4Health, we are seeking an Occupational Health Screening Technician to join our Midlands\-based team on a full\-time, 12\-month contract.

This is a varied and rewarding role within our Occupational Health team, delivering high\-quality, evidence\-based health surveillance services across the UK via our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).

Duties \& Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) or suitable personal vehicle to deliver occupational health services across the UK, including regular overnight stays (up to 4 nights per week).


• Carry out a range of health screening activities, including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, vision screening, job\-specific medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and general health assessments.


• Work flexibly to support a 24/7 service, including early starts, evenings, and occasional weekends.


• Ensure all work meets company policies, clinical protocols, SLAs, and quality standards while maintaining high levels of service delivery.


• Provide excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and accurately maintain clinical records.

• Experience in Occupational Health or health screening, with strong communication and customer service skills.


• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a proactive, flexible approach.


• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) and aged 25\+ for insurance purposes.
