Occupational Health Nurse:

Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and hold an occupational health qualification, such as certificate, diploma or degree.

Must hold competency certificates within the past 3 years for any health surveillance work they perform, for example:

hand\-arm vibration syndrome assessments

Spirometry

audiometry

Vacancy for either employed or consultant (self employed). Roughly x2 Half days a week to initially start with added possibility of overtime.

The chosen candidate will need to:

  • Be able to travel and undertake site screening, can work without supervision and can supervise Occupational Health Technicians.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and organisational policies

  • Conduct Statutory health screening and monitor employee well\-being in accordance with occupational health protocols

Pay to be discussed upon commencing.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a part time, flexible nurse to contribute significantly to workplace health screening.

Pay: £1\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyde SK14 1HG
