Occupational Health Manager

Our Client based in Aberdeen islooking for a Occupational Health Manager to work in their friendly and supportive team.

The role is Permanent, Full-Time, working in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the continued delivery of safe, high-quality and responsive Occupational Health services.

The Job Role Includes

• Leading, supporting and developing the Occupational Health nursing team across multiple locations


• Overseeing the delivery of health surveillance


• Management referrals


• Promoting clinical governance, best practice and compliance with the NMC Code


• Supporting recruitment, induction, training and supervision


• Performance management and staff development


• Working closely with clients and senior management


• Supporting service development and quality improvement

Experience / Skills Required • Occupational Health experience

• Experience of supporting or leading a clinical team


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Occupational Health qualification, such as SCPHN (Occupational Health) or relevant OH Diploma, desirable
