O&M Engineer (PV)

Quintas Energy is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Associate to join our Technical Asset Management team for the management of a diverse portfolio of photovoltaic assets across multiple countries and clients.

This position offers the opportunity to develop hands\-on experience in the technical and operational management of utility\-scale solar PV plants. As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, managing incidents, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring contractual and technical compliance. You will work closely with O\&M contractors and stakeholders, contributing to the optimisation and long\-term success of PV assets. The role provides exposure to key systems, analytical tools, and performance\-based reporting, within an international and multidisciplinary team.

• Direct exposure to the business and close collaboration with cross\-functional teams.


• Work\-life balance: 9 to 5 schedule with a 60\-minute paid lunch break.

• Home office equipment provided.


• University degree or professional academic grade in Energy Engineering or a closely related field.


• Desirable some experience in the field.


• Technical knowledge of the PV solar market and its regulatory and operational environment.


• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.


• Fluent written and spoken English (will be assessed during the interview).
