Nursery Room Leader \- Leatherhead
Salary: Up to £35,006 per year (depending on qualifications \& experience)
Contract: Full\-time, permanent
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

As a Room Leader, you will:
- Plan and deliver activities that meet children's developmental needs
- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
- Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high\-quality care and learning
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
We're looking for someone with:
- Full \& relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification \- essential
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
