Join our dedicated team at a vibrant Nursery in the heart of Plymouth, known for its outstanding reputation and warm, exciting atmosphere. We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate Nursery Practitioner to support our staff and contribute to providing excellence in childcare.
Day to Day of the Role:
Engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment, fostering their development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
Work collaboratively with the team to plan and implement educational activities.
Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets safety and health standards.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or working towards it.
At least 1 year of experience in childcare.
A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
Commitment to providing high standards of childcare.
Must be willing to undergo all child protection screening appropriate to the post.
