About the Role As a Nursery Nurse, you will be at the heart of the setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating space for children to learn and grow. You will support the delivery of high-quality early years education, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities • Provide attentive care and support to children aged 0-5
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities
- Monitor and record children's progress in line with EYFS
- Foster positive relationships with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Access to ongoing training and professional development
- Support from an experienced and dedicated consultant
