What You’ll Be Doing
As Nursery Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering exceptional care and education by:
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team
- Managing staffing, training, inductions, and performance
- Ensuring safeguarding and child protection remain at the heart of everything we do
- Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
- Maintaining high standards across occupancy, budgets, compliance, and reporting
- Managing staff ratios, rotas, and nursery operations effectively
- Working closely with external professionals and Area SENDCo
- Supporting children’s health, wellbeing, and individual development
- Ensuring safer recruitment practices are followed at all times
