Reed is delighted to be working in partnership with Dean Close Foundation to recruit enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Educators to join the team at Little Trees Day Nursery, Tewkesbury.

The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in providing outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for children within the nursery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
- Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Supporting children's emotional, social and educational development.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
A genuine passion for working with young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach
Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
