About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a friendly and experienced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing setting — with full support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering fun and engaging learning activities
Supporting children’s development through play
Assisting with daily care routines
Creating a safe, inclusive environment
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
- Newly qualified practitioners encouraged to apply
- A positive, caring attitude with a passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible working patterns (full-time & part-time)
Paid overtime
Full training provided (First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene)
Structured support for newly qualified staff
