The Role
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. Whether you are newly qualified and eager to grow, or already experienced (Level 3+), this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive setting.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and inspiring learning experiences that help children build confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging activities and meaningful play experiences
- Observe, plan, and assess children’s development
- Support children’s daily routines including meals and snacks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Contribute to outdoor play, messy play, and enrichment activities
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or working towards)
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework (desirable, not essential)
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Full-time role (up to 40 hours per week, typically 37 hours over 4 days)
