Responsibilities

• Manage organisational finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation


• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners


• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards


• Drive organisational change initiatives to improve processes and outcomes


• Represent the organisation at industry events and in public relations activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or executive leadership roles, preferably as a Managing Director or similar position


• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively


• Supervising experience with a track record of developing high\-performing teams


• Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning


• Excellent organisational and strategic thinking skills


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity with minimal supervision


• Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or business administration are advantageous
