\*\*Full\-time \| Hybrid working across nursery sites in the North West\*\*

We are looking for an experienced and passionate \*\*Nursery Area Manager\*\* to join our team and lead the continued success of our nurseries across the North West.

Working collaboratively with Nursery Managers and their teams, you will provide guidance, support and leadership to ensure every child receives the highest quality care, education and learning opportunities.

\#\#\# Key responsibilities

\- Support and develop Nursery Managers across multiple sites.

\- Promote consistently high standards of childcare, safeguarding and early years practice.

\- Monitor quality, compliance and performance across each nursery.

\- Provide coaching, mentoring and practical support to managers and their teams.

\- Help drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children.

\- Ensure nurseries meet all regulatory, operational and company standards.

\- Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues and external partners.

\- Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.

\- Share best practice across the nursery group.

\- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to achieve organisational goals.

\#\#\# About you

You will be an experienced early years professional with a strong understanding of childcare quality, safeguarding and nursery operations. You will have the confidence to lead across multiple settings, inspire teams and support managers to achieve their full potential. Must have L3 qualification or above.

We are looking for someone who is:

\- Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

\- An experienced Nursery Manager, Area Manager or senior early years leader.

\- Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted expectations.

\- Organised, proactive and confident working across multiple sites.

\- An excellent communicator and supportive people leader.

\- Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

\- Flexible to travel between nursery settings across the North West.
