Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations
- Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions with precision and confidence
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Administer medications safely, including injections, IV therapies, and other prescriptions
- Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and medication usage to promote wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and follow\-up plans
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license or certification in the relevant state or region
- Proven experience in patient care across diverse populations and settings
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision\-making
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently while adhering to healthcare regulations and protocols
Pay: £20\.00\-£22\.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10\.0 – 20\.0 per week
