As a Test Engineer within TMC’s New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you contribute to the successful industrialization and release of next\-generation high\-tech systems. You will work on cutting\-edge technical solutions that make real impact!

In this hands\-on NPI role, you are responsible for testing, integrating and verifying advanced systems within a cleanroom environment. Your main responsibilities: Integrate and configure high\-tech modules into complete systems Perform alignment, calibration and validation of systems against specifications Execute test procedures and analyze system performance at (sub)atomic level Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the NPI phase Document results and contribute to process improvement Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams Support the transfer from development to production (NPI phase) You play a key role in ensuring that new products meet all requirements before ramp\-up and customer delivery.

What we expect from you

Bachelor degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar) Experience with or strong affinity for testing and commissioning electromechanical systems Able to work with technical documentation, schematics and work instructions Hands\-on mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills Experience or interest in tooling/programming (Python, MATLAB, PLC) is a plus Comfortable working in a high\-tech cleanroom environment Structured, detail\-oriented and proactive Good communication skills in English \#LI\-MW3
