What will you do as an NPD Manager
  • Take responsibility for a range of products for one key retailer

  • Implement from concept through to launch

  • Manage component MOQs, production and sample lead times, and indicative pricing

  • Coordinate critical paths and timelines, liaising closely with factories.

  • Approve artwork and packaging

  • Oversee production schedules, samples and final sign off

What will you need to be an NPD Manager
  • Experience within beauty, fragrance or wellness

  • Previously managing the end-to-end NPD lifecycle

  • Knowledge of allergy testing would be an advantage

  • Proficient in SAP & Excel

  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the rural location

  • Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
