Night Shift Leader - Front Office

We are looking for a confident and reliable Night Shift Leader – Front Office (Hotel Reception) who enjoys taking responsibility and leading a team during overnight operations. You will be the main point of reference during the night, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while delivering a professional, calm, and seamless guest experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising the Night Reception team
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
- Handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensuring safety, security, and a peaceful hotel environment
- Performing night audit and daily closing procedures
- Preparing operational and financial reports
- Resolving guest feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Promoting loyalty programmes and contributing to upselling opportunities
- Ensuring a smooth and structured handover to the morning team
- A professional, confident, and service‑oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a Front Office or supervisory role in hospitality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A natural ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
- The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with hotel systems (e.g. Opera Cloud) is an advantage
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am (including break)
