Night Shift Leader - Front Office

We are looking for a confident and reliable Night Shift Leader – Front Office (Hotel Reception) who enjoys taking responsibility and leading a team during overnight operations. You will be the main point of reference during the night, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while delivering a professional, calm, and seamless guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the Night Reception team


• Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night


• Handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency


• Ensuring safety, security, and a peaceful hotel environment


• Performing night audit and daily closing procedures


• Preparing operational and financial reports


• Resolving guest feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction


• Promoting loyalty programmes and contributing to upselling opportunities


• Ensuring a smooth and structured handover to the morning team

What You Bring

• A professional, confident, and service‑oriented mindset


• Previous experience in a Front Office or supervisory role in hospitality


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• A natural ability to lead, support, and motivate a team


• The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure


• Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)


• Experience with hotel systems (e.g. Opera Cloud) is an advantage


• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Schedule

• Night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am (including break)
