Night Shift Factory Operative

Location: Wymbush, Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am

Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour

EAC Consulting Group is recruiting for a Night Shift Factory Operative on behalf of our client based in Wymbush.

Duties: • Lifting metal components from storage racks

• Assembling and clipping components into place


• Following work instructions and quality procedures


• Working closely with a colleague as part of a team


• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment


• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

About the Role: • Manual handling is required

• Any items over 15kg are lifted as a two-person team


• Repetitive tasks and prolonged periods of standing


• Fast-paced manufacturing environment


• PPE must be worn at all times, including safety boots, high-vis clothing and ear protection


• Gloves and safety goggles are required in certain areas


• The working environment is loud, so candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting

Candidate Requirements: • Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties


• Good attention to detail


• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures


• Reliable with a strong work ethic


• Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression prospects
