Night Senior Carer £15\.80 per hour Experience Essential!

Magnolia House is looking for a full time Night Senior Carer to add to our team. We are a residential and dementia Care home for the elderly

Responsibilities

  • Lead staff on shift

  • Guide and support staff

  • Carry out supervisions

  • Promote good practice

  • Ensure and assist to ensure schedules are being completed including cleaning

  • Administer medication to residents

  • Care planning for our elderly residents

  • Dealing with healthcare professionals, doctors, social workers and families of the elderly.

  • Manage a shift competently with the support of the Home manager, and Deputy managers

Requirements
  • Have or be willing to work towards Level 3 Health and social care or higher.

  • Undergo a DBS check which the company would meet the cost of.

  • *Experience working with in a Care Home setting is essential and required*

*We work on a two weekly rolling rota from 7pm\-7am, the shift pattern is as follows:*

*Week 1*

*\- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday*

*Week 2*

*\-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday*
