NIGHT Senior Care Team Leader

Team Leader (Days \& Nights) – Full Time \& Part Time Opportunities

We are excited to recruit Team Leaders to join our newly renovated care home. Opportunities are available for both day and night shifts, on a full\-time or part\-time basis, with contracted hours of 22, 33, or 44 per week.

Shift patterns:

• Days: 08:00 – 20:00


• Nights: 20:00 – 08:00

At The Hennessy Partnership, we support individuals with complex needs, and as a Team Leader you will play a vital role in the day\-to\-day management of the service.

You will:

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of support staff


• Complete medication administration


• Deliver on\-the\-job coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback


• Act as a positive role model within the service


• Work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting adults with a range of care and support needs


• Has line management or supervisory experience, or a strong desire to develop in this area


• Is confident mentoring and developing others


• Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and IT skills


• Is flexible and able to work across shifts


• Holds a full UK driving licence (not essential but preferred)
