Hillbrook Grange Care Home is a charity\-run, 35\-bed residential home set within 7 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland in the heart of Bramhall Village, Stockport. The Role
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person\-centred care and leading by example.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care on a one\-to\-one basis
- Providing assistance and guidance with daily living activities
- Developing and implementing personalised care plans alongside the care team
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies with our Activities Co\-ordinator
- Promoting residents' dignity, privacy, choice and rights at all times
- Supervising and supporting Care Givers within the team
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Full\-time role \- 48 hours per week
- Alternate weekends required
- Pay rates above the National Living Wage

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a care setting
- Experience working night shifts within a care environment
- Ideally, previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar supervisory role
- Experience administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- A caring, compassionate and person\-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to lead, support and mentor Care Givers
- A commitment to promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
