Night Porter

Specific duties to be carried out in repect of the position

To undertake all cleaning duties for public areas and maintain to a very high standard

Register any late guest arrivals as required as instructed by the duty manager

Maintain the security of the property whilst on shift

Report any maintenance issues to the duty manager on handover

Relay any incidents or occurences during the shift to the duty manager on handover

Collect and deliver newspaper orders as required

Any other tasks as instructed by the duty manager

Requirements to fulfil the night porter role

Previous experience of night work is an advantage and preferably within the

hospitality industry or similar

Physically fit as the position involves manual work

Ability to deliver a high level of guest service\- over the telephone and face to face

Smart appearance and have a key eye for detail

Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work

Professional in the approach to the position at all times

The position

The role is from 11\.00pm to 7\.00am

Working pattern will be 4 days on and 4 days off.

Full training will be given.
