Night Duty Manager

Job Description
The position of Nights Duty Manager has become available at the Castlefield Hotel. As Nights Guest Service Assistant, responsibilities include, Overseeing the bar, having the experience to work in the reception area, checking in and Duty Manager tasks

You will be dealing with guests checking in/out, enquiries, kitchen and restaurant areas, being flexible within your role supporting any department in line with business demands along with Duty Manager tasks

Where Will You Be Working

The hotel is situated for easy access to Manchester City Centre, in the historic district of Castlefield in Manchester.
Just off the Regent Road, The Castlefield Hotel is less than a mile from Piccadilly Gardens and just 5 minutes on foot from Deansgate tram stop.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an individual who can communicate well, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience is preferable but full training is provided.

What You Should Bring

• A good working knowledge of EPOS systems is desirable but not essential
