Night Care Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality care to individuals in a home care or care home setting. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well\-being, and supporting their independence. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills in English and have the ability to follow care plans effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.


• Supervise clients with mobility, ensuring their safety at all times.


• Help with meal preparation {breakfast}


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.


• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
