Pinnacle Care is recruiting Night Care Assistants and Night Support Workers to join the friendly team at one of our specialist residential dementia care homes in Rugby.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will help residents feel safe, comfortable and reassured throughout the night. You will provide high\-quality personal care, respond when residents need assistance and support people who may feel anxious, confused or unsettled because of dementia.

This is a rewarding permanent role where you will get to know each resident, understand their individual routines and make a genuine difference to their dignity, comfort and wellbeing.

Your Role

As part of our night care team, you will:

• Provide compassionate, person\-centred care and support


• Assist residents with personal care, continence care and individual night\-time routines


• Support residents with mobility and repositioning where required


• Protect residents’ dignity, privacy, independence and personal choices


• Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may be anxious, confused or unsettled


• Complete regular wellbeing checks and respond promptly when support is needed


• Help maintain a safe, calm and comfortable environment throughout the night


• Keep clear and accurate care records


• Provide thorough handovers to the day team


• Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high\-quality dementia care

About You

You do not need years of experience to become a valued member of our team. We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient and genuinely compassionate


• Reliable and able to work confidently during night shifts


• Calm and reassuring when supporting someone living with dementia


• Respectful of each resident’s dignity, choices and individuality


• A good communicator and supportive team member


• Professional, dependable and willing to learn

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Night Care Assistant or Residential Care Worker would be an advantage. Experience in a care home, dementia care, elderly care, residential care, healthcare or support work is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pinnacle Care cannot provide or take over visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

• Evidence of their right to work in the UK


• A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, arranged and funded by Pinnacle Care
