What is required from you?
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK

  • This position is working 48 hours per week to include alternate weekends

  • You must have experience working in care

  • Please note this position is working night shifts

A day in the life of a Care Assistant
  • Companionship \- Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement

  • Personal care \-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.

  • Medication \-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.

  • Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.

  • Domestic tasks \- light cleaning tasks.

  • Mobility \- Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.

  • Social activities \- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
