Job Summary
Reporting to the Nights Manager, the role of Night Auditor/ Duty Manager is to maintain the exceptional EPIC standards throughout all EPIC properties, giving guests a wow factor on arrival and a pleasurable experience for the duration of their stay.
Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk activities during overnight shifts, including check\-ins, check\-outs, and guest inquiries
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Lead safety procedures by monitoring security systems and coordinating with emergency responders if needed
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance issues in common areas to uphold hotel standards
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of front desk operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record\-keeping
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while managing multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of hospitality software systems and basic computer skills
Pay: £14\.00 per hour
