New Homes Sales Advisor
Location: Suffolk (Site Based)
Salary: Basic salary £30,000 OTE £60,000 - £75,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Thursday - Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor with a proven track record in housebuilding sales?
Our client, a well-established and highly respected residential developer, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team covering developments across Suffolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with 5+ years' experience within new homes sales who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the face of the development, you will guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout.
Working closely with site teams, solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and reservation targets.
- Welcome and guide prospective purchasers around show homes and available properties.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales journey.
- Progress reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, independent financial advisers and other third parties to ensure timely completions.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure the sales office, show homes and development are presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
- Work collaboratively with construction and site management teams to coordinate customer appointments and handovers.
- Support customers with any post-completion queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, health & safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales and contribute ideas to improve overall sales performance
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in New Homes Sales
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the home-buying and conveyancing process.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
