Salary – £32,000 Basic Salary | £65,000–£70,000 OTE | Plus Company Car
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
1 in 2 Saturdays off, plus a week day off every week

The Role As New Car Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the dealership’s new car sales performance and profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy and customer-focused solutions.
- Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Supporting, motivating, and developing the sales team through coaching and strong leadership.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and upholding brand standards.
- Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity and achieving departmental targets.
- Ensuring all retail policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed to audit standards.
- Supporting the New Car Sales Manager in delivering manufacturer objectives and dealership profitability.
