New Business Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a rare opportunity, and newly created role, to join a long\-established machine manufacturing company where, in a full\-time role you will seek out new business opportunities at all levels, EG. OEM’s, System integrators, B2B.

You will be offering our ranges of Etipack/Novexx/Eidos and Inkjet systems together with ALS custom\-built solutions across the UK and NI for (ALS) Advanced Labelling Systems. working location depends on the right candidate but ideally central regions.

The New business Sales Manager will be responsible for day\-to\-day sales activities, including account management and pipeline management via CRM. This is a hybrid role, with most of your work being conducted between Home/Thame and Site locations.

You are willing to travel on short business trips when the opportunity presents and will openly share your ideas internally to help others that in turn will help you.

You are also an excellent communicator on all levels.

You hold a valid, clean driving license and have the right to work in the UK.

Skills/experience desired.

• 5 years\+ in the label/print and apply industry.


• Proven track record in Account Management and Sales


• Experience with FMCG operations


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities


• Ability to work independently and in a team.


• Flexible and adaptable


• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
