Northwich Glass Ltd. is one of Cheshire's most established and respected glazing companies, trading since 1959 with over 600 years of combined industry expertise. From our stunning 3,000 sq ft showroom in the heart of Northwich, we supply and install premium windows, doors, bi\-folds, glass roofs and more, working with some of the UK's leading brands including Rockdoor, Solidor, Origin, Rehau, Sunflex and many more.

We're proud to be FENSA Registered and a Which? Trusted Trader, with a strong reputation built on quality, service and trust. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and personable Sales Advisor to join our team and help our customers find the perfect products for their homes.

The Role

Based primarily from our Northwich showroom, you'll be the face of Northwich Glass — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our extensive product range. You'll also visit customers at home to see what is required and to present tailored quotations, which is where the company vehicle comes in.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a passion for home improvement products, and wants to be rewarded for the results they deliver.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers into our showroom and delivering an outstanding experience from first visit to confirmed order

  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and solutions

  • Carrying out home surveys and producing accurate, competitive quotations

  • Following up on leads and enquiries promptly and professionally

  • Building long\-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business

  • Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets

  • Keeping up to date with our product range and the latest industry developments
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a sales role — ideally within windows, doors, home improvements or a related industry (though not essential)

  • A confident, friendly communicator who puts customers at ease

  • Self\-motivated with a results\-driven mindset

  • Organised, reliable and professional in approach

  • A full UK driving licence (required for use of company vehicle)
