New and Used Car Sales Executive

At our award winning sites in Stoke on Trent and Crewe were looking for experienced sales people to join our established teams. Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team your knowledge and experience will enable you to achieve set monthly objectives for both order take, registrations and customer satisfaction.
Confident and dynamic with excellent inter\-personal and communication skills you will be as comfortable face to face as you are over the phone handling customer enquiries and purchases. Automotive experience is desirable however retail selling / customer assistance skills are a must.
Representing Cupra, SEAT and SKODA across our flagship stores you will be part of an exciting time both our Manufacturer partners and Barlow Motors. As part of our expansion plans you will help our business and customers navigate an exciting and dynamic product line up and of course a transition to electric vehicles. As the youthful and dynamic brands within both Volkswagen group and Barlow Motors you will get to be part of an exciting team representing a fantastic product.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers both in person and via telephone to promote vehicle sales and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilise CRM software effectively to track leads, follow\-ups, and sales progress
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximise sales revenue
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects
- Proven experience in sales ideally automotive sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features clearly and persuasively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales activities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining integrity and professionalism
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
For insurance purposes, you must be over 25 with a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points and no drink or drug driving convictions.
This is a full time, office / showroom\-based role. Applicants will be selected for a location in one of our Stoke on Trent or Crewe sites based on skill set and residential location. You must be a UK resident with full rights to work and remain in the UK.

Pay: £24,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
