Position Overview
The Regional Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational management and performance of assigned service partners, depots and delivery locations within the region. The role focuses on operational compliance, service quality, network stability, performance improvement and partner engagement to ensure consistent delivery standards across the network.
Key Responsibilities1\. Network Operations Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned depots, service partners and delivery locations.
- Communicate company policies, operational standards, KPI requirements and business updates to network partners.
- Conduct regular site visits, operational audits and compliance reviews.
- Support partners in implementing operational improvements and resolving day\-to\-day operational issues.
- Ensure operational activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key operational performance indicators, including delivery performance, service quality, customer complaints, parcel loss and damage rates.
- Investigate performance issues and identify root causes.
- Work with operational partners to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to operational disruptions, capacity constraints, service failures and partner\-related issues.
- Coordinate cross\-functional support to resolve operational challenges.
- Identify and mitigate network risks that may impact service performance.
- Support business continuity planning and operational contingency measures.
- Support network expansion projects and new partner onboarding activities.
- Assist with evaluating operational readiness of new service locations.
- Work with management teams to improve regional network coverage and service capability.
- Support network optimisation initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Transport and Hub teams to resolve operational issues.
- Communicate partner feedback, operational challenges and improvement opportunities to management.
- Participate in regional operational reviews and performance meetings.
- Provide regular reports on network performance and operational trends.
- Support operational training and coaching activities for network partners.
- Assist with compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure operational partners remain aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Support emergency response activities and special operational projects when required.
- Previous experience in logistics, parcel delivery, transportation or network operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse operational data and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Good problem\-solving and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
