The role

As National Sales \& Dealer Development Manager, you will take full ownership of building, scaling, and optimizing our dealer network across Germany. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of strategic expansion and operational excellence, where you will shape our go\-to\-market success from the ground up.

You will partner closely with dealer groups, acting as a trusted advisor to drive performance, ensure consistency, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build\-and\-scale environment, combining hands\-on execution with long\-term strategy.

This is what you will do:

• Lead the dealer model rollout with key dealer groups, from negotiation through to full implementation.


• Drive the national dealer network expansion, ensuring a strong and scalable footprint.


• Oversee rollout progress and ensure timely, high\-quality execution across all regions.


• Own and deliver against volume, margin, and activity targets.


• Implement and continuously optimize sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.


• Monitor dealer performance, identify gaps, and execute improvement plans.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision\-making.


• Ensure excellence in the end\-to\-end sales process, customer journey, and brand experience.


• Track and improve customer satisfaction (KTI/CSI) through actionable insights.


• Oversee mystery shopping programs and ensure consistent execution standards.


• Act as a strategic sparring partner to dealer principals, managing directors, and sales teams.


• Drive competence development, training initiatives, and sharing of best practices.


• Foster a performance\-driven culture across the dealer network.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or dealer network development, ideally within automotive or premium brands.


• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.


• Highly structured, analytical, and data\-driven in your approach.


• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and business owners.


• Agile and resilient, thriving in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment.


• Entrepreneurial mindset , motivated by building, scaling, and driving change, not just maintaining the status.
