We seek to complement and reinforce the existing team in the Manage Services BU (Network with Cybersecurity knowledge)

Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

  • Perform regular network maintenance, including upgrades and patch management.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols.

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Responsible for providing consulting and advisory services related to network security.

Qualificações
  • Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization, feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts, technology and products

  • Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies:

+ Network architectures and concepts, SDN, IAAS
+ WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN
+ Routing and switching, TCPIP, OSPF, BPG, etc.
+ Cisco Nexus and Catalyst , HPE, Aruba, Cisco Router
  • Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies:

+ IP networking \& routing
+ Firewalling (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint)
+ VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL)
+ IDS/IPS
+ Authentication \& Authorization – WAN optimization
+ Cloud
  • Firewall Technical knowledge

+ Palo Alto
+ Checkpoint
+ Fortinet
  • CyberSecurtiy Knowledge

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken \& written)

  • Linux \& Windows Operating Systems
