• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Manchester City Council is seeking a customer-focused and organised individual to support service delivery across its city centre sites in Ancoats and St Peter's Square.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and advice to the public.


• Handle enquiries professionally and escalate where necessary.


• Support administrative and operational activities.


• Work collaboratively with council services and external partners.


• Maintain high standards of customer service, health and safety, and equality practices.

• Experience of using ICT systems and supporting digital service delivery.


• Experience of supporting events, workshops or community engagement activities.
