Negotiator : Estate Agency
OVERVIEW. Fox Grant Estate Agents specialise in marketing residential, rural and equestrian properties; houses, country homes, village properties, farm and woodland, leisure and tourism businesses. Based in an attractive location in the South West near Salisbury. Our experienced, professional and friendly small team provide a unique and bespoke approach and our tailored marketing strategies help clients achieve the best price possible for their property.
We are seeking a residential/rural negotiator to join our small Team. This role would suit someone who has 2 to 3 years Estate Agency experience and a knowledge of residential, rural and/or equestrian property . The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport, and deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike.
The amount and type of responsibility and training provided will reflect existing knowledge and previous experience . You will be joining a respected office with a strong local and regional reputation and a collaborative team culture.
Full Time, Monday to Friday, with 6\-10 Saturdays per annum, as required
Basic Salary plus attractive incentive based, competitive OTE package, ( based on experience )

This job is a varied role that combines negotiation, sales progression and front\-line client interaction. Training for this role will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing, market appraisals, property valuation, production of sales particulars , sales negotiations, progression and completions
- Use excellent organisation, planning and time management skills for the better performance of the Office
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and communications using property management software and in line with current legislation.
- Liasson with clients, buyers, solicitors and third party suppliers as required
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate ongoing negotiations and partnerships.
- Minimum 2 years Estate Agency negotiating experience. On going training will be provided for this role
- Administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent people skills and able to work independently or collaboratively within a Team. Able to take instructions from senior staff.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Proficient with IT.
- Motivated by results.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. (Pool car available)
- Experience with social media marketing or mapping software would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a related job in the agricultural or equestrian sector an advantage
