We are currently looking for qualified native English\-speaking Early Years Educators/Teachers to join our educational teams in Monza (MB).
Successful candidates will support children in their linguistic, emotional, and relational development, helping to create a warm, stimulating, and fully English\-speaking environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging educational activities and lessons in English, tailored to children aged 0–6\.
- Foster children’s linguistic, cognitive, emotional, and social development through meaningful and inclusive learning experiences.
- Support children throughout their daily care and educational routines, including mealtimes, nap time, personal hygiene, and changing routines, recognising these moments as valuable opportunities for relationship\-building, autonomy, and growth.
- Collaborate with the educational team to design and update bilingual learning materials and projects.
- Observe and monitor children’s progress, sharing feedback and developmental observations with families and colleagues.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that respects each child’s individual needs.
- Participate actively in training sessions, pedagogical meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Languages, or related fields.
- Previous experience working with children aged 0–6, preferably in bilingual or international environments.
- Native\-level English proficiency; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
- Teaching certifications such as CELTA, CELTYL, TEFL, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
- Enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to build caring and positive relationships with children.
- Strong intercultural awareness and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Permanent full\-time employment contract.
- Salary defined according to the Italian ANINSEI collective labour agreement, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience (indicative gross annual salary: €21,000–€25,000\).
- Classification level: Level 4 – Area II.
