National Sales Manager Portugal

As a National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and optimizing daily sales to achieve our ambitious strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across clinics throughout the country, focusing on direct\-to\-consumer sales.


• Train, motivate, and mentor both Sales and Medical teams in our clinics.


• Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth sales processes, execution, and conversion.


• Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures across all locations.


• Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials for clinic staff.


• Monitor sales metrics to meet quality standards.


• Proactively and reactively implement contingency plans to address challenges in visit volumes.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.


• Build excellent cross\-functional relationships to ensure teams deliver results aligned with corporate OKRs.

• 5\+ years of experience in a similar role.


• Proven expertise in B2C direct sales.


• Strong leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams across a wide network of clinics.


• Fluency in English.
