Day to Day
National Account Managers for Decentralized Accounts (DCA) at Indeed help France’s leading multi\-site networks more effectively manage their recruitment strategy across franchises, branches, and dealer networks. As a direct sales representative to heads of networks and executives, you will advocate Job Search technology to drive consistent, high\-quality hiring for local sites at scale.
You will promote the inventive power of our products to make commercial networks more productive, aligned, and resilient in how they attract and convert talented candidates. By navigating complex environments with business partners,, from HQ to regional leaders and local owners, your sales drive and knowledge of Indeed will help entire networks engage with great people and support their growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities
Accountable for selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts
Sell Indeed’s pay\-for\-performance solutions (including PPSA) to Fortune 1000 companies and staffing/recruiting agencies
Assigned to large, complex, high\-visibility, and strategic accounts
Conduct face\-to\-face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations remotely and in person
Identify revenue opportunities within an entire client organization
Examine and use data for in\-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry authority
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
Experience selling complex solutions within enterprise field sales environments, particularly to multi\-site or decentralized organizations such as franchises, dealer networks, and retail or service groups
Proven success developing new enterprise accounts and expanding engagements from pilot programs to large\-scale network deployments
Demonstrated ability to build executive\-level relationships and drive long\-term commercial growth through consultative, solution\-oriented sales approaches
Skilled at navigating complex enterprise organizations while using data, performance metrics, and labor market insights to deliver compelling business narratives
Highly autonomous and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity, remove obstacles, and prioritize effectively in fast\-paced environments
Fluent in both French and English across written, verbal, and presentation communication, with the ability to engage confidently in executive\-level discussions; role requires approximately 30% travel
Salary Range Transparency
Tier 2 \- France 47,000 \- 70,000 EUR per year
