Working as a Night Receptionist in our historic hotel means being part of a unique piece of Maastricht's heritage, where service and safety go hand in hand. What Will You Do?

In the role of Night Receptionist, you will have full responsibility for the reception desk during the night hours in Maastricht. Your tasks are diverse and essential for smooth hotel operations:

• Check guests in and out with a smile, even in the late hours using the Property Management System (PMS)


• Ensure the overall safety of guests, colleagues, and the monumental building


• Answer questions and provide personal service to nighttime visitors


• Conduct the night audit, administrative reporting, cash handling, and processing reservations


• Supervise the hotel, conduct safety rounds, and report minor technical issues


• Maintain a tidy lobby and ensure a seamless handover to the early morning shift
