£22,386 annual starting salary
30\.75 hours per week
Hours
Monday – Friday: 3:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday: 8:45am – 3:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)
Occasional Saturdays may require working until 5:00pm to support concerts or events. Advance notice will always be provided.
About Anthem Music School
Anthem Music School is not your average music school.
Founded in 2012 by musicians Rachel and Adam Atkins, Anthem helps children build confidence through music, performance opportunities and high energy lessons that inspire students to thrive.
From small group lessons and live showcases to band workshops and exciting performance opportunities, we create an energetic and unforgettable learning experience for over 900 students across Greater Manchester.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for somebody organised, proactive and creative to help drive Anthem forward.
This role is ideal for somebody who loves music but has developed skills in marketing, admin, organisation or content creation and wants to combine both passions into one exciting career.
The Role
You'll be a key part of the daily running of Anthem Music School whilst helping support marketing projects, events and student experience.
You'll work closely with our leadership team helping improve systems, support families, create marketing materials and contribute ideas to help Anthem continue growing.

Main Responsibilities
Student Experience \& Front Desk
- Welcome students and families into Anthem Music School
- Create a fun, organised and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage lesson scheduling and student changes using our systems
- Support parent enquiries and problem solve where needed
- Support student arrivals and departures safely
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and teachers
- Help ensure our school remains organised, tidy and presentation ready
- Open and close teaching spaces where required
- Support day to day school operations
Website Updates \& Promotions
Help keep our website fresh and up to date using Wix including promoting events, adding team members and supporting updates across the site.
Marketing Materials \& Print Management
Create posters and marketing materials for workshops, concerts and events whilst coordinating print orders and supplier relationships.
Social Media \& Content Support
Support social media projects, capture photos and videos around the school and help showcase the exciting things happening across Anthem.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist with Meta advertising campaigns, Google Ads activity and support basic SEO improvements to help more families discover Anthem.
Parent Stories \& Social Proof
Help gather reviews, testimonials and celebrate student success stories to showcase the impact of our lessons.
School Partnerships \& Growth Opportunities
Support communication with local schools and help identify opportunities to grow Anthem's school partnerships. This may include following up enquiries, maintaining relationships and helping introduce Anthem to new schools and communities.
Fresh Ideas \& Continuous Improvement
Bring ideas to the table. We're always looking for ways to improve systems, strengthen our student experience and continue growing.
Events \& Wider Support
- Support planning and delivery of concerts and events
- Help coordinate teachers, schedules and resources where required
- Assist with problem solving and operational support
- Support cover teaching arrangements where needed
- Help improve systems and student experience
- Support leadership with projects as Anthem grows
